TRANSICUT oils are non-stain, transparent cutting oils intended for high-speed automatic screw machining and simple turning. Primary recommended for low carbon steels, free machining steels and non-ferrous alloys. They have excellent lubricity and anti-weld properties and assist in extending tool life and producing a quality finish on machined parts.

ALUCUT oil is light colored, low viscosity oil for machining aluminum and magnesium alloys. Contains lubricity and wetting agents that assist in producing excellent surface finished and rapidly remove heat generated during high-speed machining.

SUPERCUT oils are designed for use in various machining operations, such as tapping, threading, broaching and conventional turning. They have excellent lubricity and anti-weld properties and assist in extending tool life and producing a quality finish on machined parts.

CUTSOL HD is intended for difficult machining operations, where rapid heat removal is required. Contains extreme pressure additives for use in metal removing operations, where a high degree of surface finish and long tool life are desired. Water based product (soluble).

CUTSOL is excellent for general machining applications, including cutting, drilling, milling, and grinding where a general-purpose coolant is required. It is recommended for all machining operations, where cooling and rust prevention are important. CUTSOL is chlorine free.

ALUDRAW 850 Wire Drawing Oil is an aluminum shaping oil used in processes such drawing, forming, stamping, extrusion, forging and rolling. Extremely good life, with normal topping up as required. Most effective when it contains 1-2% of aluminum fines, which improves the drawing characteristics.

 

MASTER CHEMICAL

TRIM E 206 Long Life Emulsion is highly stable emulsion for superior sump life and low mist and carryoff. Excellent for high-speed milling and turning in most materials. Higher speeds and feeds, long sump life, and low use rates mean higher productivity and profits.

TRIM E 906 Premium Low Foaming Emulsion is a premium low foaming formula combining the newest available technology into our proven emulsion-based cutting platform. Consistent machining and grinding a wide range of materials and applications. First choice for aerospace, automotive, energy manufacturers, and specialty job shops.

TRIM VHP E 812 Very High Pressure Chlorine-Free Emulsion. Low to no foam, chlorine-free, high-pressure, high-volume, soluble oil delivers maximum benefits to high velocity through-the-tool coolant delivery systems on VMCs and HMCs. Clean, stable, and both operator and environmentally friendly, VHP E812 gets the tough jobs done. Compatible with all metals and many nonmetallic materials.

TRIM MicroSol 585 Microemulsion Semisynthetic has excellent lubricity, Semisynthetic Microemulsion coolant. Provides excellent cooling, mechanical lubricity, and machine friendly characteristics. Particularly well suited for machining and grinding gray iron and mixed metals where iron is a major part of the mix.

TRIM MicroSol 685 High Lubricity Semisynthetic has the performance of a heavy-duty soluble oil with the cleanliness of a semisynthetic. High performance on very wide range of materials: aluminum, magnesium, copper alloys, steels, stainless steels, most plastics, composites, and cast iron.

TRIM C 350 Premium Synthetic is a premium metalworking synthetic coolant. Superior lubricity for longer tool life and less residual stress on machined parts. PRTR compliant; NO NPE or SARA 313 chemistry; No chlorine, phenols, nitrites, copper, triazines, or silicone. Corrosion resistant on 7075 and 2024 aluminum, titanium, nickel, and high-strength cobalt-based steel alloys.

TRIM C 270 High Performance Synthetic coolant concentrate that operates at very high fluid pressures and volumes with little or no foam. Very stable formula; exceedingly long operational life with consistent performance. Our most popular cutting fluid product.

TRIM C 115 Synthetic is a high-performance synthetic fluid for working cast iron and mild steels; provides excellent cooling and chip settling, good tramp oil rejection, and machine cleanliness while leaving a protective film on the machine too.

TRIM OM 287 General Purpose Straight Oil contains chlorine and inactive sulfur for multi-metal capability. Works well in modern higher speed “Swiss” machines and machining centers. Very easy to wash off.

TRIM OM 303 Nonchlorinated Straight Oil is a medium to heavy-duty semisynthetic straight oil. Works well in screw machines, roll form threading and other high lube operations.

 

PERKINS PRODUCTS

PERKOOL Synthetic Coolants are outstanding water miscible coolants developed for a wide range of cutting and grinding operations on various metals including brass, aluminum, all steels and most alloys.

PERKOOL Semi-Synthetic Coolants were developed to meet the needs of today’s machine shops. Pri-Cool semi-synthetics are recommended for all ferrous and most non-ferrous metals.
